At Captains, we want our team members to have the same mindset as the clients we serve.
We don't consider ourselves an ad agency. In fact, we often call ourselves ‘ad refugees’. We recognize today’s consumers as savvy information seekers. They want valuable information that aligns with their worldviews, they have keen noses for BS, and slick-vertising puts them off. Way off. We also don't practice lower-funnel content marketing—no click bait. We aim to create opinion-shaping content that sticks with people. And makes them feel stuff—sometimes all the stuff. Video is a huge part of what we do and how we do it.
As Captains continues to grow, we’re looking for Premiere editors at all levels – from recent grads looking to make their mark to veterans who can own a job from beginning to end. We have two main requirements - solid experience in Premiere and After Effects, and a hunger to do great work.
